Man armed with knife demands $2 in gas….. what ?

A New Jersey gas station was held up Tuesday night. The man who attempted to rob the gas station demanded the cashier to give him 2 dollars worth in gas and when the cashier said no, the man fled the scene.Police Chief Allen Cummings says the suspect was carrying a gas can when he first approached the cashier outside the station. The man pulled out a knife and demanded $2 in gasoline. The police are reviewing security footage and are still searching for this man. Times are obviously very hard for this man because I have never heard of a thief lowball himself like that. $2 in gas would not even cover the time and effort he just spent attempting to rob the gas station. Then again what do I know, I’m not a robber.

You’ll Shoot Your Eye Out Kid

A couple in New York had received a package that they thought was a toy plane. When Joel Berman opened the package up, he found a  semi-automatic rifle, scope, stand, ammo clip and copies of an Arizona man’s driver’s license and concealed-weapons permit. After seeing this the couple immediately called the police to come confiscate the weapon. UPS commented saying it’s investigating the “highly unusual incident.” The company says it accepts legal shipments of some firearms. It says shippers must meet certain requirements. Only bright side I can see in this is that if you look at the value of the toy plane versus a semi-automatic rifle, the incident  gave the family much more than what they paid for.
